Disabled Friendly Services

River Safari extends free admission to:

• Holders of the Disability Development Registry (DDR) identity card
  Up to 2 accompanying minders receive a 20% discount on admission
• Beneficiaries of selected programmes by Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs)

Parking

Visitors displaying a disability sticker on their vehicles may park at designated parking areas located at Row A, directly in front of the KFC restaurant at the Singapore Zoo entrance.

Wheelchair

Wheelchairs are available at the entrance at no charge (available on a first-come, first-served basis).

Handicapped Accessible Areas

Most areas of the park have paved pathways and barrier-free access for wheelchairs.

Restrooms

River Safari is equipped with disabled-friendly restrooms.

Companion Animals

Guide animals are not permitted in River Safari as the park has been designated as a quarantine centre by the authorities. However special arrangements may be made if you require assistance within the premises.
